Zuckerberg says that Facebook is done measuring its effectiveness by user numbers (although it has officially reached 750 million registered accounts). Basically, we know social networking will work and we know people will use it. “I think that chapter is more or less done,” he explains. Things like the value people get from a product, time they spend using it, what apps are being used, and how much it affects the economy are larger factors at this point.
