What happens when you truly put God first every single day?

Not just on Sundays...
Not only when life feels hard...
But daily, intentionally, wholeheartedly.

So many people are searching for peace, purpose, joy, direction, and breakthrough, yet continue placing God behind everything else. We often wake up and check our phones before we pray. We trust emotions more than God’s Word. We chase success, money, relationships, approval, and comfort hoping they will satisfy the emptiness inside.

But Jesus said:

Matthew 6:33
“Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”

Putting God first changes everything.

When God becomes first...
• Prayer becomes more important than distraction.
• Peace becomes more valuable than popularity.
• Obedience becomes greater than comfort.
• Faith grows stronger than fear.
• Hidden idols begin to surface and lose their grip.
• Your heart begins to change from the inside out.

God never asked to simply be part of our lives. He desires to be the center of it.

The truth is, when we put God first, life may not instantly become perfect, but our direction changes completely. We begin responding differently, thinking differently, speaking differently, and trusting differently.

Daniel put God first in the middle of pressure.
Abraham obeyed before seeing the outcome.
Paul was transformed after encountering Jesus.

And God is still transforming lives today.

Sometimes the greatest miracle is not external success...
Sometimes the greatest miracle is becoming the person God created you to be.

Maybe today is the day to stop giving God leftovers and start giving Him first place.
